报告人简介

罗行,中南大学粉末冶金粉末研究院副教授,博士生导师。主要从事高分子介电复合材料、陶瓷3D打印和压电催化等相关研究。近五年,在材料、物理、和化学等领域期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇,代表性论文包括Chem. Soc. Rev., Adv. Mater., Adv. Sci.,和 Macromolecules等,其中IF>10 的论文10篇;申请国家发明专利15项,已授权12项;担任中国复合材料学会介电高分子复合材料与应用专业委员会和电子元器件关键材料与技术专委员,分别担任Frontiers in Electronic Materials期刊Associate Editor和有色金属科学与工程期刊的青年编委。

 

报告摘要: 

Capacitors possessing a superior power density are widely applied in electronic devices with pulsed power. However, high power capacitors usually suffer from a low energy density, making them both bulky and expensive. Recently, lots of strategies are employed to increase the energy density. In this talk, (i) ferroelectric nanocrystalline with high permittivity, such as Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3, BaTiO3, (K,Na)NbO3, (Ba, Sr)TiO3, in low-dimensional forms, i.e., nanowires, nanocubes and platelets, were synthesized by hydrothermal and employed as the fillers. (ii) To improve the dispersibility and compatibility of ceramic fillers in the polymer matrix, surface engineering was necessary and a range of modifiers such as hydantoin, dopamine, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and methoxy polyethylene glycol were utilized. (iii) dielectric polymer materials with hierarchical structure were designed by three sections according to different micro and macro structures, i.e., dielectric polymer materials with aligned BaTiO3 lamellar structures fillers, and sandwich structure. (iv) To meet the requirements of large scale processing, all organic dielectrics and PP based dielectric composites were designed and prepared.
